Sounds very nice, i like the harmonies especially. I have never listened to much of the cure but i might go do that now :D

You should, Some of their stuff is pretty good!
Everything all sounds so clean and professional. On top of that its catchy and very interesting sounding. I like it a lot!
Most of them are real recorded instruments, what makes the sound so clean ;) Enjoy it
An interesting little song! As scatter foot said there is something lacking in the vocals but you i actually thought they sounded cool kinda like some S carey style vocals. Keep up the good work!
thanks man c: glad you like the tune. I'm thinking of rerecording the vocals anyways, try and smooth out the pitch. I think that's the biggest flaw I can hear. I recorded them fairly quickly becuase I thought the tune was sort of boring without them.
A good tune it serves well as an ambient piece that i could certainly imagine drifting off too on a long car ride or just on one of those last afternoons. Glad to see you still putting stuff up man keep it up :)
Hey! I'm happy to see a review from you.
This was mostly the product of boredom in the midst of inspiration.
But I'm glad you enjoyed it. Hopefully when I get a new preamp for my microphone I can start recording some really cool stuff. And I can kind of sing now :3
Interesting
The tone of your voice and the effect on the whistling makes this sound like more of an ironic reflection on a relationship rather than the celebration the i had always viewed it as. Its nice to have the new perspective. Keep up the good work!
That makes sense, thanks!
Awesome
Great song. I love the rhythm especially. It was probably intentional but the transition to drums felt a little too abrupt to me. At any rate its fantastic from beginning to end. Keep up the good work! :)
Yeah this is still a demo. It'll be polished up for the final album, thanks for the kind words.
Nice
Emotional and driving. The resonance on the piano adds a great effect. Keep up the good work!
All of my recording gear was at my drummers house so I didn't have a decent microphone to use for this. I'm using an electric baby grand Yamaha piano. It sounds way better through an amp so I switched on a few effects and recorded this with my laptop placed in front of the amp. I'm surprised it actually sounds this good. Could be better though. Glad you like it!
My name is Andrew Burgess, I've been playing guitar since early 2007 and i also play a little piano and mandolin. The music i make is mostly acoustic soft indie folk/pop stuff though i have a tendency to get bored and make something really random. Enjoy!
